All correspondence (account statements, transaction notices, securities term sheets, etc.) between UBP and the Client will be governed by the regulations and/or laws of Switzerland and may be in a language different from spanish.
The relationship between Quest Capital Advisers Agente de Valores S.A. and UBP is handle and manage opening of accounts, execution and settlement of orders received from Clients. Quest Capital Advisers Agente de Valores S.A. is not a related company to UBP, except as detailed above.
UBP, is not regulated and/or supervised by the Central Bank of Uruguay.
